The 2025 100 Best Corporate Citizens ranking is here — and it’s tougher than ever to make the list.

HP Inc. tops the ranking for the second consecutive year, followed by Ingersoll Rand, Owens Corning, Dell Technologies, and Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Only four companies managed to hold onto a top-10 spot from last year, making way for new leaders like The Hershey Company, Intel, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Keysight Technologies.

This year, average scores across the 100 Best rose by 2.5%, showing that America’s largest public companies are increasing both transparency and performance, even in a shifting corporate responsibility landscape. The performance gap between #1 and #100 is now tighter than ever — more than 5% smaller than it was just two years ago.

“It’s been a challenging year for responsible business, but the companies on this list have shown the courage to stay the course,” said 3BL CEO Charlie Wilkie. “In a climate where trust is the new KPI, they’re proving that transparency and accountability aren’t just ideals — they’re the foundation of stronger companies.”
